The ASSOCIATION OF SURROGACY AGENCIES IN NIGERIA (ASAN) Legally  Affiliated to KNIGHT FRANK FERTILITY AID ASSOCIATION LAGOS  is a collaborative organization formed by various surrogacy agencies. Its primary goal is to LEGALLY Participate Through Layed Down SURROGACY LAWS / CHILD RIGHT ACT LAWS In NIGERIA to regulate, legalize Through LEGAL WINDOWS , and support surrogacy practices in Nigeria. ASAN focuses on providing legal coverage, training, and ensuring the rights and security of Surrogacy Agencies, Donors, surrogates, Agency LEGAL Right Protection of Intended Parents Under the WINGS Of Our Registered Members / Partner and the Public .

- Regulating through  LEGAL WINDOWS and legalized MONITORING Of Surrogacy Activities by Layed Down SURROGACY / CHILD RIGHTS ACT PROTECTION & SUPPORT laws in Nigeria.

- Providing Legal Coverage for MEMBERS and Training for Members Ethical  SURROGACY Practices all Over the World and Infertility / Surrogacy Awareness Serminals to Enlighten and Educate the Public at Large.

- Monitoring Through LEGAL WINDOWS and ensuring Good ethical practice of surrogacy.

- Offering financial Advisory and Emotional Support to intending parents.

- Protecting the rights of Surrogacy Agencies, Surrogates and Donors under NIGERIA law.

- Advocating for favorable SURROGACY laws and participating in international discussions on surrogacy practices.
